If it is all blocked off and fenced etc and you get in then I presume it's trespassing man but there was a burnt pub behind my school and it was still intact I and a few freinds always wondered it of school during the day and chilled in there, there was a camera on a mobile pole this also was due for demolition and it's now gone..

Yes it is called trespassing. People still do it and its called urban exploring. I have done it before in places where they did not have any no trespassing signs up so i wouldnt get in trouble.
