If I had to pick only one, I'd probably say sitting at my computer.

And if it's not working for some reason, or the internet is down. I'll move onto listening to music or relaxing on some call of duty, working my rage levels up

I'm in a recovery program called celebrate recovery which is a christian based recovery program and I go for workaholism, food, and addiction to technology.

And yes everyone has an addiction of some sort.
