I messaged one guy and he said it got it for doing some beta testing for Microsoft.

Login into Xbox.com then navigate over to the top right where your gamerpic / tag is found then click on it and navigate to Microsoft Account then from there go to Edit Name on the left then remove any text found in the First/Second Name tab then on first name put Verified then copy and paste this tick in the Second Name tab
