What will you use the PC for? Mostly Gaming/some photoshop (small amount) I would like to be able to play the following games on decent settings:

Talked to OP about possible operating system work arounds.....so not included in my build.

Total (After rebate): $612

Here's a full Newegg cart if you want, but it's going to cost a little more...

Nothing fancy on the system, but a 280/i3 will let you play most modern games with settings turned up. The CPU is something you might have some trouble turning settings up on certain games, such as Far Cry, and I had a few issues with GTA V (Turning settings down to Medium-High let me maintain 50-60fps with a similar card.)

Keyboard is nothing fancy, don't let the sweet led's fool you, but it's a great starter keyboard and the Computer build itself gets priority. If you're interested in upgrading to a Mechanical in the future, we can help you with that too.

SSD included because 90% of modern builds should have one, even if it's just a 64GB boot drive.
