Going to be upgrading my PSU to support my new CPU and GPU and was wondering which of the compatible power supplies would be best. Was thinking about getting the Corsair CX750M 750W, but don't know if would be the best choice out of my options, would like to stay around the $80< price range. Thanks.

The 650GQ is hecka cheap, great deal. The 750GQ will give you XFire support, so you can add a 2nd 390 in the future. Though, 2 x 390s on a 750W unit would be a bit tight, so you'd be better springing a little extra for a nice 850W unit.
