looks like something that was just crimped and used as a basic power source that was after market???

My guess is that car is a retired police car, and that was what they had wired up for the lights, or sirens, or auxiliary lighting, radio stuff, etc.

Thats what I thought too, Theirs also 2 other little holes on the right side

Thats what I thought too, Theirs also 2 other little holes on the right side
