The last thing I need to get is a motherboard and need some help deciding which one to get and is compatible. Thanks. Max price would be about 160$, less would be preferred.

Doesn't it normally tell you if the parts are incompatible?

If you haven't already bought anything, then I would rather get this;

Squeezing in an i7 and getting a cheap case, crap PSU, no SSD isn't a good choice imo.

You've bought DDR3 RAM.. You can get DDR3 compatible motherboards but I would advise against it. Can you send the RAM back?

      There's no point in downgrading his CPU when he can easily return $60 worth of RAM.

      Oh golly. Return the RAM and buy some DDR4 RAM, then you can get a nice Z170 board. Otherwise, scrap the 6700, get a 4790k and a nice Z97 board. You'd be better off with the 6700 and DDR4 RAM though. That PSU is pretty meh for the rest of the rig FYI, and you've kinda shot yourself in the foot with the N200, so keep in mind you'll need an mATX motherboard. Also plz git an SSD for that.
