1. What time will it launch?
2. Does the update contain the maps? I am asking this because my friend has bad internet but if he can download it tonight then he will be able to play with us when it comes out if all he has to do is just activate it with no more downloads.
If anyone can answer these questions it would help greatly

Launches sometime tomorrow if not whenever it downloads, and yes the update contains the map. No more downloads.
