I have a iPhone 5s and I don't remember the password to the iCloud and I took it to Verizon and sprint they say they couldn't get into it is there another way to get into it.

If you've forgotten your iCloud password you can use Apple's My Apple ID service to recover it. Follow these steps: Open Safari and enter appleid.apple.com. Click Reset your Password.
