i've had enough of microsofts slow servers, slow dashboard, lack of new games (indie,demo,free to play) etc, i've decided to invest into a PS4.
only thing i don't like about the ps4 at the moment is the controller, so i invested in the usb stick that can enable you to use the xbox one controller for the PS4. i need to know what comes already with the ps4, my friend got it and automacically got 250 games. Is this something you have to sign up for or what?

does plus come with the 250 games? i keep hearing they are only stream games so you can't actually download them on your device but they are full games. how does this work?
