Hey guys so I just got my 390 and its great on everything apart from Black Ops 3 it stutters just randomly so i used Afterburner and the usage is just jumping up and down like this [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] .
Is it just the drivers for the game cause my friend has the same card and is exactly the same :/

Realised didnt put my spec in
i7 3770 @3.4 GHz
MSI R9 390 8GB (Running at default clock speeds)
16GB Corsair Vengeance Pro Ram
750w Evga (can't remember specifically)
