Sometimes I get upset about this too.
One day everything will be gone for me.
Everything is over and I'm gone.
Also, based on my religious beliefs, I'm scared that what if my life wasn't the right path and I go to hell? Nothing I can do about it then. I believe truly but I don't go to church every Sunday. But, I'm not a bad person and get that "What if I'm not good enough feeling?"
I just can't grab the concept of doing something everyday to doing nothing at all, ever. It's very confusing and I just can't think about it too much without banging my head off the pillow or something.
It's very weird to think about so I don't.
I live my life happily and to the fullest.

No one wants to die. Even people who want to go to heaven don't want to die to get there. And yet death is the destination we all share. No one has ever escaped it. And that is as it should be, because Death is very likely the single best invention of Life. It is Life's change agent. It clears out the old to make way for the new.

Look man I just about had the same issue, I was sick one day I had the flu and I was talking to myself in my head saying "I will make it no matter what" I felt like I was trapped in a box and I couldn't breathe, My mom was there and my sister had the flu too. Idk what she felt but I felt like right there was my last day. Until I started praying to myself and stuff hoping I wouldn't pass out and I wouldn't die. I kept drinking water and eating, Eventually I was ok, man just think about what you want to do in life. N it will be the best thing you ever think about.

I'm not really scared of it, but when I die, I plan on being cremated, just to be certain that I'm dead. I don't want to be like that one Brazilian kid that woke up at his funeral and asked for some water.

It's a good point but what's the point in life if we all just die at the end, I could feel so much better right now if I knew there'd be something after death but it's all just got scientific reasons behind everything

Chandler- wrote I still freak out when i start thinking HOW THE F ARE WE EVEN ALIVE, I know there is "Scientific proof" and all that but what created the things that created us and all that!! It's creeps me out and gets me angry but it's what gives me hope that there is something after death

I think the same way you do. This is a very touchy subject with me and I try to ignore that. Not only this do I have issues with, I think I have cancer 24/7 and not even joking. I just had a few test done a CAT scan, MRI and even a lymph node removed. All cleared from cancer, however I'm going to see a doctor this thursday for something I think can be cancer so yeaaa, I don't think about death anymore but cancer is on my mind 24/7.

If you live your life fearing death, you're already dead.

I've been like this on and off for 3 years now and the thing that triggered it is my friends mum dying from cancer it just made me snap and now I can't sleep at night without wanting to punch something I'm not causing any self harm or anything but I get really angry whenever I lay down.
