Your list are all mainstream. There's a lot of epic animes out there that are not mainstream but definitely one of the best. Try my top 3 animes, Mahou Shoujo Madoka, Steins;Gate, and Death Parade. Oh and the best mainstream that just finished now, One Punch Man.

All three of those are pretty mainstream too though xD and Death Parade was a disappointment imo.

Nothing is wrong with mainstream although you tend to find the same or similar generic formula used in most mainstream shows of the same genre.

That being said Cowboy Bebop for action and drama, Ghost in The Shell for action/psychological **** (The series too but that's less psychological then the movie), No Game No Life is pretty popular and tries something different, very ecchi though. Something out of these three should please you.
