My internet keeps having little downtimes.
I monitored my connection, and it seems that like every 40min, it goes down atleast 2 times.
The downtimes are between the 16 and 40sec, it ain't much but it is enough too crash my Chromecast, Skype calls and games.

I've tried a couple of DNS adresses, but nothing seems to work...

Anybody knows a way to fix this?
Called my ISP already, they did a hard reboot of my modem, fixed the issue for 2/3 days but after that it was even worse then before.

I monitored my connection with the program Net Uptime Monitor. Best program ever, just a bummer that it only works for 30-60min and then closes itself.. Also cant find a cracked version..

Chances are your modem/router is to blame.

Ask your ISP for a replacement. Or get a better quality 3rd party one.

Have you tried getting your router/modem replaced from your ISP? The same things has happened to be before and it's either out of date or defective when tested. When they replaced It for me everything worked fine. I usually just end up using a third party router as they are better than the ones the ISP gives you.

Sounds like a bug in the firmware of the router, would definitely recommend replacing it.

I've called my ISP, they said that my connection might be too strong for the modem..

So now they're sending me a splitter, if that works it's fine, if not I need to call immediately.

Hope they will figure it out haha
