Ok i have tried looking everywhere and im getting nothing. im so confused.

Is there any way i can transfer memory over from Disk D to Disk C, because i have loads in there.
Please help. I've been trying to figure this out for ages now :/

Sure, transfer files. Or install some programs on the other drive.

Use WinDirStat to tell you what is taking up the most space.

doesnt the program stuff have to be in the program files place ?

that will copy everything to the D drive then delete all the files in c drive because you copied them to the d drive.
PS don't delete any system files in c drive only things you added to the c drive.
in the picture to the left is c drive and to the right is d drive.

it didnt work. tried moving all files. once that was done, it didnt let me delete everything.

has anyone got any other suggestions???

You need to find out what's taking up all your room.

Check your documents, downloads, music and video folders and cut and paste them onto the new drive.

A bit of common sense is needed here.

You will need to identify which files/folders are using all your free space.

Download TreeSize [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] - it will show you exactly which files/folders are taking up the free space, then you can make the appropriate provisions (move/delete files/folders).
