Alright, so I've been having this glitch for a while now and I'm starting to wonder if it's someone having remote access over my device. My screen goes black like it would if you were giving someone remote access and all the desktop shortcuts are over each other, also I would like to note it was displaying the wrong time and was showing someone else's shortcuts on the desktop under mine.

Then, take out your internet connection, run them, reboot and you shall be fine.

Even if you dont find anything, its always good to make sure.

If none of the above by @Xiggy fixes your problem you may have to system restore to an earlier date before where you think the problems may have started.

MalwareBytes will certainly pick up any backdoor trojans, viruses or anything else. Activate the free 30 day trial for the full version and it will be very effective.

Alright, I'm currently just running windows defender, but it would be helpful if someone could actually identify if it was a virus or not. I don't have a screenshot sadly but if it happens again I'll screen cap it.
