im looking for active people that are not selfish and know what they're doing. I need them to also donate when possible and attack when put in war. I don't want rushed town halls. We are a level 3 clan and have only 8 members. I kicked many guys out because they weren't active, donating, and rushing. Any town hall is able to join.
