Other people? Like when I join I only get matched with a few people or none at all. What's the deal? Y'all having the same issue?

If you aren't getting into games with others most of the time it's going to be your internet connection.

You could be a "Bad Sport". If thats not the case then reset your internet and hard reset your console. (hold your power button for around 10 seconds and leave powered off for around 40 seconds). If it continues then contact rock star.
