You will need the Need for Speed 2015 Deluxe Edition for this to work
1: Jump to your garage and select onto a vehicle you own
2: Go to your parts inbox, and you should have 15 parts available
3: Sell all of these parts then press B out of the menu
4: Hit your xbox home button and then quit Need for Speed
5: Start up the game and repeat the steps
