To get the limitless range badge, do i have to complete my first season to get the badge or can i just get it after rookie season

No, all you have to do is shoot a little bit behind the 3pt line and make it. Do this 30 times in A SEASON, doesn't matter which season just has to be in 1 season.

You also have to be shooting at 30% or higher, so I recommend putting it on rookie casual.
