No, a part of the CPU is used for graphics calculations, but they're better than 'standard' integrated graphics.

It's better to get this and save money for an external graphics card, you won't get anything with that budget.

Personally I'd get this, the R7 graphics are better than the HD 530 in Skylake chips, but the difference isn't huge. With Skylake you also have a much bigger upgrade path, all you would need to do is add a GPU and a new CPU whenever you feel the need, CPU wise the i3 is better than the APU. This one does have a smaller SSD however, but 120GB should be enough for OS, and a few games and programs but seeing as you have a 1TB external HDD that would be fine for any other storage needs.

Slightly over budget, significantly better than that PoS from Amazon. You can save $100 or so for an R7 260x/370 and add that in to the rig to run in XFire with the 7850k iGPU for better performance. APU is your best bet for performance right now.
