So i'm getting GTA 5 tomorrow on the PC. I've played it loads on the 360 then transferred my character to the Xb0ne. Anyway, i'm wondering if I will suffer any sort of consequences when in a GTA Online Public game with a modder? Like lets say, i don't even know he's modding. 30 player lobby, i'm just doing my thing he's out modding, giving people $$$, spawning in cargo planes, etc. Would I suffer anything from that, even not knowing he's there? Because obviously i'd leave if i knew there was a modder in the lobby but, if he gives me money or drops money in front of me and I pick it up by mistake what do I do?
So, to sum this up.
1st question: Will I be banned/put in cheater pool for just being in a modder's lobby?
2nd question: Will I be banned/put in cheaters pool if modder drops me money and I didn't want it?
