Found this online for you, not sure how many subs you are wanting like 2 10" or 1 or 2 12", just let me know if you need help finding more. But the more expensive you go the better quality the sound will be!

Basicly my real question is what if i were to buy each part at a time an build a custom set. how do i know what kinda of amp ill need and how to make sure the box is good. an all that good stuff?

Well. Each part is different wires are pretty expensive around 60-90$. You won't need a custom box since you are going to put it in the trunk those will range around 50-200$. No amps a well known amp is pioneer which I would recommend. And for Subs Kickers are made really well and will give you good quality sound. It just depends on what you want and how much you're willing to spend.

Yes.I would make it a project, because if you do buy parts at different times you can create an awesome and great quality sound system. It took me a good 4 months for my truck so I would recommend saving and buying Piece by piece.

You will also need wiring kit and a box for your subs.

I dont know if you have a budget so i cant really recommend anything

Low end system total cost will be around 250-400 for something really low end.
