Im waiting for a replacement wire for my astros. i conveniently kept my official xbox one mic and was working fine on the controller all day yesterday, today i woke up to find the mic not longer works, so i did all the troubleshooting steps and on the last one which is switching controllers it worked perfectly so the mic works just not on the controller i want it to work on. before anyone ask why dont you just use the pad that works because i cant use any other pad bar the elite controller and its not the elute pad because i checked it was working using the astro relay trick. anyone had this issue?

There may be damage to the controller internally that is stopping it from working.

Like i said the 1st controller works because i checked it with the broken astro wire that only works in a certain spot and it works fine when i found the spot so it cant be the controller.

have you plugged the controller in whilste having mic plugged in and done a controller update ?
