Every 10 minutes they get $5000. but not sure if it comes from the VIP's money.

They're payed $5000 dollars every 10 minutes, by "SecuroServ" and the V.I.P doesn't pay them anything, but any time the V.I.P dies, they're cut is dropped by $250 every time he's subsequently killed.

Hope this makes some sense :p
