I need keyboard, mouse, and monitor. Also this won't be used for gaming

Do you already have the case or do you want it in the build? There are better alternatives.

Assuming you want the S340. Can OC the i5. Need to disable the iGPU to OC the i5 though, so included a GPU in case you want to do that, and it will let you play games at decent settings @ 1080p if you decide to do so. Hecka nice SSD for OS and your most use programs/games. Nice, gold rated PSU. Budget kb+mouse combo.
