im using turtle beaches x41 i have the adapter and all that but for some reason i cant hear anyone in my party. idk if its broken they can hear me but i cant hear them.
one of my regular mics just broke recently too
anyone know a fix to this?

Have you tried turning it off and on again?
On a serious note, I have this same problem. It happens maybe once a day. I just unplug it and plug it back in, twist it around a little, then it will pop back in. Dont know a permanent fix, sadly.

im trying that now but its not working kinda sucks how two mics break within 1 month
