If you're making video's just to get subs, there is your first problem...

Do it coz you want to, not coz you get X amount of views... Does it really matter?

Just numbers on a webpage at the end of the day.

Its all about if you enjoy it yourself.

If you dont. Dont make youtube videos.

Also make sure you upload on a schedule. So normally every 3 days is a good time then when you get more subs do every 2 days then ect.

But remember. If you dont enjoy it. Your subscribers wont.

To be successful you have to have a interesting personality and make people want to keep watching more of your videos and if someone really likes your content they will tell friends to watch your content aswell.

Research- look at what games you can play, you dont want to do everything everyone else is doing. E.g. If you start making cod videos chances are people wont watch when they can just watch people like FaZe clan, OpTic, Ali-A and Tmartn. You will only be successful in call of duty if you are amazing at the game and put out better content than all the people that are already successful at doing it.

Promoting- Try to promote your channel, post it on various forums (Dont spam or force people to watch). Title your videos affectively to attract people to watch (title bait to an extent, dont be to overboard with it)

Thats all I can suggest, another thing is to just stick it out. If you stay consistent and make videos because you like doing it you will gtow, if you are doing it for the money people will tell and just not support your cotent. Goodluck
