Me personally I'm against drugs.

Buuuuut, I don't see this drug being banned, nor should it? Say for Call of Duty, everyone uses scuf controllers.. But what about other tournaments where "scufs" aren't an ideal equipment, should they be banned because they're not predominantly used in that particular game.. Whah about gaming glasses, not sure what they do but apparently they help, not everyone uses them, but if they enchance your gameplay then they should be banned also right? How about headsets, what if one headset of a particular team isn't as good as another teams ? Does that mean the team with the better headset should be forced to use that same headset so they are "equal".

Now I know that drugs, and equipment are two different things.. But all it is, is a focus drug. Like to be honest, it's a gaming tournament ? "Gaming".. If we where to start banning stuff the gaming scene would turn into a riot. Aslong as the drug wasn't illegally obtained, it should be fine to use. That's my opinion.

-Jacob wrote There's really no right or wrong answer to this IMO. I honestly don't think it'll even be a topic of debate sadly.
How so? Just like saying there is not debate of pro baseball, football or soccer players used steroids to help them play better.

Adderall in eSports is different from using Steroids in actual pro sports.

Adderall isnt really a performance enhancer. Yes, it improves concentration, but does it make him/her better at the game?

Steroids IS a performance enhancer. Different for Adderall.

I think yes AND no. If it is prescribed to them, then yes. If not, no. It is not really fair to the others tbh

Dragomba wrote No, adderall should not be allowed in eSports, since it's a performance enhancer, i feel like it shouldn't be allowed.

Add's are not bad. They don't enhance your skill, just your Concentration to the game so you don't get sidetracked or disturbed by something else. i take adderall to do my college work lol.

Adderall is banned from Call of Duty events. They have stated they are going to begin drug testing for those kinds of supplements.

It definetly helps me focus in school, but if you take it every day you get used to it and it won't do much. Same thing with vyvanse

Well if everybody used it, then there would be no problem. But that is the problem, therefore I am against it due to players gaining an advantage over others.

I'm sure those promotional Red Bulls do the trick.

Don't ask if you are going to get mad by it. You asked for my opinion, I gave it. If you can't handle opinions, then get off the internet.

By the way, adderall is NOT an actual performance in enhancing drug, it is actually to focus, to be honest it doesn't really affect them, I think this is smart as it keeps them focused, and we all know it is pretty hectic at a MLG event etc etc.

Downvote all you want, but I simply stated my opinion when you asked.
