so i have black ops 1 bought from the market place on the 360 and im wondering if im able to get it for free on the one for download or will i have to buy it again? also my friends liscensed transfered off of me for it will they be able to get it to or no? and if anyone knows when bo1 comes out for one please let me know

You'll have Black Ops 1 b/c you bought it digitally. Your friend however will not b/c he licensed transferred off you and doesn't own the game. Black Ops 1 should be released with the next batch of games being available for BC on the Xbox one. The next batch is coming out this month, I'm not sure about the actually date.
