SimplyGames are selling it for £42.85.
That's the cheapest I can find, I recommend buying from here because they do free delivery and the game usually arrives the next day.

Your cheapest would probably be eBay used. But for new would say amazon if your looking to get a disk copy. If you want a digital copy ask a good friend who wants it to go in half with you and you can gameshare it with him or he can gameshare it with you.
