I just got them today from amazon. But the volume control works half the time!! when i try to change songs it sometimes pauses the song... When i try to turn the volume up or down sometimes it doesn't do anything! If you have a pair and your volume control work 100% of the time then i will return them...Not sure if it my phone or my beats! I have an iphone 6 9.1 so software isn't the issue!

Perhaps your chord is faulty which is causing the problem.
Edit: oh shit I just realised you said wireless, I don't know, perhaps you got a faulty pair. Just take Them back and ask for another pair of just ask for a refund/store credit
