Seeing how she has a boyfriend, i wouldn't recommend you try anything lol. But just to be friends & get to know her yeah go for it!. Be Confident that's all you need to do! the steps in doing that is count to 3 then take a deep breath and just go for it. Introduce yourself & find something in common. Works all the time. Don't be scared, whats the worse thing that can happen really, if it doesn't work out then that's sucks for her, shes missing out & move on. You wont regret it.
