When I inserted my black ops 1 disk it said the disk was unreadable but my disk look in very good condition so I went to storage settings and deleted all of the data for BO1 the game started up but then the update downloaded and it said the disk was unreadable. So I deleted the update disconnected from Xbox live the started the game up the update didn't start installing because I wasn't connect to an internet conection and the game worked perfectly. PLEASE someone help me solve this :/ thanks
