Good starting point but you'll easily develop from this. My criticism:

- Stroke effect can sometimes make things look tacky.
- Blur effect on the background image is a bit over-done.
- Social logos are bigger than the actual branding of the headers.
- Inner glows could be tweaked to look a bit better
