This is the build I'm going for at the moment.

This build is going to be used for gaming & streaming (hopefully).
I'm not going to include a budget since I've already bought half of the parts.
The only thing I'm still deciding on is the monitor, keyboard & mouse.
With the current parts list, i'm leaning towards the ASUS ROG Swift PG279Q for the monitor.
As for keyboard, i'm looking for something with Cherry MX Browns & more or less something with a macro key setup like the Logitech G170+ &/or Razer Blackwidow.
For the mouse, i'm going to look around to see what suits my fancy.

I'd get one of these 980Ti's instead;

The Razer route means you won't be getting MX Brown switches. The G710+ is alright. I'd get one of these;

I wouldn't get the ROG Swift, it's far from cheap. If you're willing to spend that much, go ahead, but you could get a Dell U2515H for $400. You could get a nice 1440p panel for less than $300, so there's no need to spend so much.

Like Sanctyy said, you'd be better off getting a 1440p IPS display rather than a "gaming" display.

But, many people have suggested one of the EVGA 980ti variants because they're reliable & easily overclockable.
As for the keyboard, I won't be getting the Razer simply because the Razer switches are annoying, the only thing I like about it, is the setup of the keyboard. I have been looking at the Corsair line due to the quality & setup & the Strafe actually is my first choice atm.

Stock clock speeds shouldn't be enough to make the decision for you, since the differences are going to very minimal. You could potentially OC one of the other 980Ti's beyond the speed of that Zotac card.
Strafe/K70 would be my suggestion, but a CM Storm Quickfire TK/XT would be a good choice too. There are plenty of other options, if none of these suit you though.
The PG279Q is a 165Hz monitor, not 144Hz. The PG278Q is the 144Hz panel, the predecessor to the PG279Q, but that's a TN panel, not IPS.
Unless you're talking about the MG279Q? The MG279Q is cheaper, not a terrible price, is IPS, and 144Hz, but it has Freesync support, not G-Sync.

I was about to buy the MG279Q but I held back back it was Freesync.
I was going to get the PG278Q but I did some research & people are having many problems with it & it's also only a TN panel.
As for Keyboards, i'm probably going to go with the Strafe, K70 or K95.

Personally, I think i'm going to go with an IPS panel, because i'd rather have better image quality but, I still do want a 144Hz Monitor & maybe GSync won't make much of a difference, but I think it'll help cut down with the screen tearing.

Otherwise, just get the MG279Q and save the $150 to sacrifice G-Sync.
Not gonna lie, I was literally just looking at those 2 monitors, lol
For the price, I think i'll just sacrifice the G-Sync because the MG279Q is a nice monitor.
I appreciate all the feedback.
