As of right now this guy (don't know if its you or not) just looks like a normal 16 year old so i don't really get the progress as its not a massive change

This guy is me, and no not every sixteen yearold looks like this.. Oh and for your information, that change is 18lbs difference.

I did Candito's program as well and it does come with great results. I bumped up my lifts from 300 Deadlift to 405. Bench from 180 to 265, and squat from 225 to 315. Its a great program im glad to see that other people are using it.

Nope, I don't do any, if you keep a healthy diet and do stuff regularly, you don't need to workout!

Half the people that work out only do it to show off!

Haha, I'm eighteen and this guy's bigger than me. Although, I'm not too big on fitness.
