I have had some problems with the wonder waffle on Xbox One. Sometimes after I pack a punch it it will shoot like regular bullets, it will no longer have at the electricity. I have also seen where people go down with it and when the come back up and switch weapons the regular gun is mixed with the wonder waffle like it will be glowing in the front and will shoot electricity with out them even having it pack a punched.
