November the 12th but you do realize that COD 4 and MW2 might not be on the backwards compatibility program, only certain most popular games are everyone votes what games they want in the program and if the vote becomes big and successful then therefore it will come out on the backwards compatibility program, also you do not buy the MW2 etc for the Xbox One it is only if you have the 360 disc purchased because all the files are stored on a server which your laser will read the disc then play it from a file online...
