I have a full screen fix this works with all screen resolutions (if you're like me running on 3 screens at 5960x1080 you will have a messed up HUD currently working on fixing that)

1) go to your documents>my games>fallout 4
2) open fallout4prefs
3) scroll down till you find iSize W= and iSize H= put in your screen resolution and save
4) go to the install destination from the crack and go to the fallout4 folder
5)take the fallout4prefs from your documents and copy and paste it into the fallout4 folder and hit "replace in this destination" and launch the game

what was happening is the game had 2 different files to go off of and the installed one from the crack is in a wrong format so once you use the one from your documents both files are the same and have the right format so it properly goes full screen
