Trying to download black ops 3 and on the %bar it goes over 100% and has gone to 258% and still going up. Any way of fixing this or stopping it?

This is a known issue on Preview program, unsure if you're in the program or not but you can try stopping, deleting, and trying again.
They'll fix this with coming dashboard updates.
