*I would provide screenshots but my friend was paranoid about "Bethesda suing him" or some s***, sorry about that*

So, I tested Fallout 4 on 3 systems (I have a friend with developer access).

System 1 Specs:

Processor: Intel i7 4790K
Ram: DDR3 1600MHz 16Gb
GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 780 Ti

System 2 Specs:

Processor: Intel i5 4460
Ram: DDR3 1600MHz 16Gb
GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 960 G1 4GB

System 3 Specs:

Processor: AMD FX-8350
Ram: DDR3 1600MHz 16Gb
GPU: Radeon R9 380

System 1 Performance:

System 1 ran perfectly on Fallout 4, it ran a solid 55-60fps and it ran on Ultra, it made the experience awesome and the game looked absolutely beautiful. The average frame rate was 60 FPS with the lowest hitting 51; which extremely surprised me so I rendered it on a system interference factor. The gameplay and game was beautiful and with the average of 60fps I was so impressed.

System 2 Performance:

System 2 really surprised me with the gameplay, it ran at high (it could run ultra but only a average of 41 fps) with 50 - 60fps, the GPU was overclocked and the average was 57 fps while the lowest drop was 52 (very surprising I know). The game still looked beautiful and was very enjoyable to play.

System 3 Performance:

System 3 ran so spectacular for this budget rig. It locked at a nice 50fps with a drop of 3fps; It was running High. The game again looked beautiful and it was nice to play however every so often there was content in the game (explosion etc.) that made the frame rate drop to a shocking 33fps.

Note: Each game was at 1080p as it is the standard of today expect drops of around 20 fps when playing at 1440p if you were using these systems. Else, enjoy Fallout 4.
