Hello TTG
Ive just got bo3 and ive put the first disk in and run in, got to the start of the launch of the download and i got this message
"An error occurred while downloading Black ops 3 (invalid depot config)"
What do i do?

Some thing similar happened to me earlier..
What i done was reset my steam and it started working but as the servers are packed with people trying to download it i also changed my download server region.
If it doesn't work try resetting your pc and do the same again
