So i have preordered the digital deluxe edition of black ops 3 and just wondered will i be able to play it at like 12.01am uk time??

No, 12:01 est. Which would be 5 am for you I believe.

Seems I was wrong. It'll tell you on the marketplace so why not check there to confirm?

Yes it will unlock at 12:01 uk time. It wouldnt really be fair if everyone in the uk was allowed to get their physical copies but people who pre-downloaded would have to wait.
