of course you can. That's how I did it. But don't forget to add a few more bucks because of the tax. When I bought mine, it was 63$ USD. I'm not too sure about UK or anywhere else though. And you can still preorder but as long as it's before Thursday, 12:00 AM.

Tax is included in the price on the UK store, its £55 but if you was to buy it on the US store it works out £40 lol, also if you buy it from the store you wont be able to play at midnight if you are from the UK, you will have to wait till 5am.

Yea its 12:0am1 EST time when you can play it., So it wont be 12:01am if you are in the UK

I'm only going by my store and mine says 12.01 GMT so I'm quite sure it will release then. If you can show me proof it's 5am uk time that would be great

its the same with ps store op as for retail stores/local stores no its not but from the dashboard of ps4/xbone/ps3/xb360 then its still says pre order so you should still be good
