Where would I find the downloadable buttons_default.cfg? Would someone be able to link me to a direct file dl? I'd rather not Google it as I don't trust Google files. Thanks!

The buttons_default.cfg is the file of the menu. It must be moved onto a USB Flashdrive to actually be used. You must then be infected be anyone with a Jailbroken PS3 or someone who has the infection on their menu. Hopefully that clarifies any problems you have!
