So I've ordered from ShopTo but I realised that not every copy comes with Nuketown so how would I get the map, or will it come with my pre-order?

It's a Game exclusive so you can only get it from there + if you buy off the PSN/Xbox store you get it

I expect they'll do what they done before, add it to the game a month or 2 after the release.

if it goes by the previous cods, they will sell it off as a separate dlc alongside the first dlc or possibly earlier. It's bullshit that brits can only get it from game though,

It's a bad time to be an english xbox cod player haha. Only get nuketown from Game, and get dlc's a month later once all the hypes gone.

Every pre-order should have a copy of nuketown inside it just like black ops 2.
