Alright, usually i'm pretty good at figuring this stuff out on my own, but this time i'm having a serious issue that i cannot solve.

I'm on college internet and have been for about a year now, had my modem replaced about 9 months ago i'd say.

Anyways, 2 of my roommates use my wifi as well as me, this hasn't been an issue until the beginning of this week. I was streaming league, then all of a sudden my stream crashed, and i got disconnected from the game. Figured it was just a coincidence. I took a break, then later on played CSGO. My ping was around 30, then it would spike to 2k then all over the place.

Today i checked my download and upload speeds and noticed they dropped from 30 mbps down and 6 mbps up, the whole way down to 3 mbps down and less than 0.10 mbps up.

It's been like this the last 3 days. I've checked for viruses and things that could be slowing down my speeds.

I was wondering if anyone knew of a possible solution to this, or if anyone would figure it to be my line to my ISP.
