I'm a noob and never played Madden before I mostly play FIFA UT but I want to learn how to play any help would be appreciated

Well, knowing the game of football is sure helpful.
Basically, have a basic idea of reading a defensive formation (I believe the game's training has that section), learn how to build a defensive and offensive scheme that best suits your personnel, and have some sort of a quick reaction.
In other words, be able to go through your progressions quickly that way you can get rid of the ball in a decent amount of time. Learn to mix runs and passes, also mixing the snap count each time, especially against an eager online opponent. It's really just understanding personnel and football in general.
