I just finished watching Monster and no doubt one of the best shows I've seen. I'm hooked and need more of the same genre. I'm currently watching Mushishi as well.

Eden of the East was a great show, the opening was also sung by Oasis so that's another reason why I thought it was great ;)

Mushishi is amazing so you should definitely watch all of that first and other mysteries I've watched would be

I literally just listed the majority of the anime I enjoyed that has the Mystery tag so I don't know if most of them will be to your liking but to be fair you should enjoy most of them anyway.
